Do I pay extra for booking with you?
No. I’m paid commission by the trusted travel suppliers I book with, so you don’t pay extra for my help sourcing, planning and booking your holiday.
How do payments work?
For your peace of mind, I never personally take your holiday payments. Deposits, payment plans and balances are securely processed through the Hays approved payment system.
Is my holiday financially protected?
Where applicable, your booking will be protected by the relevant ATOL and/or ABTA arrangements. I’ll always explain the protection that applies to your individual booking.
Can you arrange more complicated trips?
Absolutely! Multi-centre adventures, touring holidays, cruises, safaris, long-haul escapes and tailor-made itineraries are some of my favourite things to plan. ✈️🌍
What happens after I send an enquiry?
I’ll get in touch to chat through your ideas and anything else I need to know, then I can start researching suitable options for you. There’s never any pressure or obligation to book.
