Do I charge a fee for my service?
Nope! Just like all travel agents and tour operators, I earn a commission from the suppliers I book with—hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and more. You don’t pay a penny extra for my help in sourcing, quoting, or booking your holiday.

How do payments work?
For your peace of mind, I never personally take any payments. All deposits, payment plans, and full balances are securely processed via Hays Travel’s trusted payment system through secure payment links.

Is my holiday protected?
Absolutely! Every holiday booking is ABTA and ATOL protected, giving you complete financial security and peace of mind.

What about multi-destination or tailor-made itineraries?
If you’re looking for a more bespoke getaway—like a multi-centre trip with multiple flights and travel elements—I’ll carefully put it all together under one of our trusted tour operators, ensuring your entire trip is covered by full ABTA & ATOL protection.
